Day 1 of a 30-day publishing streak. Here's why I'm doing it and what I'm open-sourcing on Day 30.

The commitment

Publishing every day from April 25 to May 24. One X anchor post minimum, repurposed across LinkedIn, Substack, Medium, and here on IH as the week calls for it. No skipped days.

The system I'm running

For the last six months I've been quietly building what I call a Skill Graph. A Notion setup that takes one idea and produces eight platform-native posts. Four folders:

• Voice layer (2 files): how I sound, per platform
• Platform layer (8 files): DNA of each platform I post on (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Substack, Medium, IH, Reddit)
• Engine layer (5 files): hooks, tweet templates, repurpose chain, scheduling, content types
• Audience layer (2 files): builders primary, business owners secondary

Runs in ~20 min a day. One idea, eight posts.

Why I'm going public with it

Saw a post here a few weeks ago. Someone analyzed ~20,000 solo founder posts and found the #1 complaint wasn't money or skill. It was silence. No one who understands what you're building to tell you if it's any good.

That post hit. I run Kinvero (agency, handful of clients), PebbLearn (early beta, no paid users), CashClaw (in build). On any given week I make a dozen decisions with nobody outside my own head to validate any of them.

Publishing daily is how I'm shortcutting that silence. Every post is a feedback loop.

What happens on Day 30

I'm open-sourcing the whole Skill Graph as a free Notion template. No course, no paywall, no upsell. Fork it to your workspace and run it yourself.

Why I'm posting it here

Indie Hackers is the room that taught me most of what I know about shipping in public. If this system is going to be any good for anyone else, the version you'll critique is going to be better than the one I built alone.
