Day 1 of my 31 day project to build Target 2030's business donor proposition

Recently I started a charitable foundation called Target 2030 (you can find it in IH products or go to target2030.org), and I'm taking the next month to build out a range of service propositions for business donors looking to help fight the climate crisis. Until now I've been focusing on individuals, but recently acquired a business client so it seemed worth pursuing further.

I'm aiming to have 2-3 core services defined for businesses by the end of the 30-31 days, and have begun the roll-out with my first client.

So, yesterday was day 1 and I drafted and shared my roll-out plan with the business client, and aside from a few small tweaks it's been accepted, and the first donation should be in approximately 10 days! 🎉

It's a simple start, but as with the charity itself, I've been growing it evenings and weekends around my day job and all the work is done in little stints. The 30 day project will help me string together a bunch of micro-tasks into a larger whole 🤞
