Day 1 on Product Hunt: 4 upvotes. Here's what I'm doing differently today

Yesterday I launched Orqis on Product Hunt. Got 4 upvotes — all people I know personally.

I'm not going to pretend that's not a gut punch. But I also knew going in that I had no audience, no email list, and no hunter network. So the result makes sense. I earned it.

What I built: paste an OpenAPI spec URL → get a working AI agent that talks to your API in natural language. No code. The whole thing takes under 60 seconds.

The product works. The distribution doesn't — yet.

So today instead of waiting for traffic that isn't coming, I'm doing things that don't scale:

  • Finding developers on Reddit who are manually wiring LLMs to APIs and showing them Orqis
  • DMing 10 people who would genuinely get value from it
  • Writing this post instead of refreshing my PH page

If you've built anything on top of an API and thought "I wish I could just ask it questions in plain English" — that's exactly what Orqis does. I'd love for you to try it and tell me what's broken.

What would you do differently on day 2?
