My goal is to earn $5k MRR with a side project to ensure I don't have to leave my dream job as an Athletic Director and PE Teacher at an urban private school.

Disclaimer; I am not a parent myself, so maybe someone with kids can jump in and validate this. However, I can imagine that it's something parents would be interested in. In my experience, not many people know nutrition that well but are often interested in improving it.
