Day 10 of private beta. Still no testers. Here's what's actually happening.

I opened up NVSN.ai for private beta 10 days ago. It's an AI layer on top of Meta Ads that tells you what's happening with your campaigns and what to do next.

The product works. You can connect your Meta account, see your performance data, get AI-powered insights, and approve recommendations that push changes directly to Meta with one click.

But nobody has signed up yet.

Here's what I've been doing:

- Commenting in r/facebookads helping people diagnose campaign problems (can't post there yet, not enough karma)

- Posting in beta testing communities on Reddit and Discord

- DM'ing people who are actively running Meta ads and struggling

- Posted here on IndieHackers and got some good conversations going

- Started engaging on LinkedIn and X

What I've learned so far:

- Broadcasting doesn't work when nobody knows who you are. Posting "check out my tool" into the void gets you nothing.

- One-on-one conversations work way better. I've had real back-and-forth exchanges with media buyers about their campaign problems. That's where the trust gets built.

- People don't sign up for tools. They sign up for people who helped them solve a problem.

The hardest part isn't building. It's earning attention when you're starting from zero.

I'm offering lifetime Pro access to anyone who tests it during beta. If you're running Meta ads: https://nvsn.ai

For everyone else — how long did it take you to get your first real user? I keep hearing "it takes time" but I'm curious what that actually looked like for people.
