Day 10 — Still standing. Here's the honest update

The sprint target was 50 users in 25 days. I'm at day 10 with 0 paying users. I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
Here's what actually happened:
Reddit was the primary channel. Built karma to 90+ over two weeks through genuine commenting. First posts got removed by spam filters. Account entered shadow removal. Tried to recover. Got sitewide banned. Two weeks of work gone.
LinkedIn — blocked. Twitter — inaccessible. Facebook groups — full of AI spam. Discord — freelancers marketing to other freelancers, not buying tools. Product Hunt — zero traction.
What I did instead of giving up:
Ran a full security audit with Playwright. Found 17 critical and high issues including live secrets in the repo, missing RLS, broken Stripe price IDs. Fixed all of them. Went from 25 to 75 passing tests. Rotated every key across Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic and Resend. Helios is now in the best technical shape it's ever been.

The sprint failed on the user target so far. But the product is solid, secure, and ready. Now it's purely a distribution problem.
