Day 109: Tiny moments, huge stories

Building Unjam keeps reminding me that the thoughts people carry aren’t always dramatic.

Sometimes they’re created from a single word.

A delayed reply.

A different tone.

An unanswered message.

Our minds naturally fill in the blanks.

The problem is we usually think we’re the only ones doing it.

That’s why I keep coming back to the same philosophy:

Recognition before advice.

Because realizing other people overthink the exact same things can make those thoughts feel a little lighter.
