Day 12–14: 0 replies, follow-ups sent, still grinding
Not much to show in numbers this update. Still 3 installs, 0 paid, 0 replies from outreach.
What happened across these three days:
Cold email — sent 31 emails over Day 10 and 11. Followed up on the strongest 10 today (4+ bad PRs, personal emails). No replies yet. Not panicking — cold email takes time. Will keep the pipeline moving with fresh leads today.
Reddit — tried posting twice, both removed by filters. Karma is 3, need 10 to post. Currently grinding comments. Slow going.
Indie Hackers — got some good engagement on the Day 9 post. Link_784 asked what I was building, replied today. Small thing but warm interaction.
The product itself is solid. Paddle checkout works, cancel flow works, dashboard works. The only problem right now is nobody knows it exists.
Day 14 goal: fresh scraper run, 15-20 new cold emails, keep the karma grind going.

I know how tough it is to get that initial traction. I happen to know a couple of early adopters for new SaaS products who would likely answer your questions.
