Today I continued building Ainexa.

The goal:

Every day, I analyze AI market signals from:

• Hacker News
• GitHub
• Product Hunt
• Reddit

Today's observation:

AI startups are moving from AI features to AI-native products.

Adding AI to existing software is becoming common.

The bigger opportunity may come from rebuilding workflows around AI.

Today:

Collected more AI signals
Improved the opportunity database
Analyzed emerging market patterns

My current hypothesis:

The next generation of AI startups will create new workflows, not just better features.
