Day 14 — two weeks of design, and a real accountability check

Designed the specialist landing page and onboarding flow today —
profile builder (role, tools, industry) and a completion screen that
shows real value immediately: "we found 2 surveys you may qualify
for right now."

The headline I landed on: "Real surveys. Real pay. No games." —
paired with honesty upfront that not every survey will match, and
that's normal, with a small payout even on a no-match. Trying to set
the expectation before someone signs up, not after they're let down.

But I want to be straight with this community, since you've all been
straight with me: it's been two weeks, and I still haven't done the
one thing multiple people here told me mattered more than design —
manually recruiting a handful of real specialists and tracking real
numbers. I keep saying it's next and then designing another screen
instead.

Not asking for more advice on this one — I think I already have the
right advice, I just haven't acted on it. Saying it here mostly to
hold myself to it.
