Day 2 of growing AgentK, I have 2 users.

Agentk landing page showing Reddit monitoring tool, instant alerts, keyword tracking, Telegram notifications.

I have 2 users right now. One is me. Other is my friend. He didn't even ask to be a user I just added him. This is fine I think.

There is a big big difference between building a saas and growing a saas. I knew this before but now I really know this, like really.

I started building AgentK in late march with my co-founder Claude. Finished everything by 19th april and launched same day. So basically I built and launched in like 3 weeks.

I don't know if that is fast or slow.

Why did I build this thing?

Ok so the real reason. I kept seeing founders, marketers, small agencies, all of them manually checking reddit every day. Searching their keywords. Reading posts. Trying to find people who need their product or talking about their niche.

That is so much time wasted.

Reddit has millions of conversations happening every single day. Someone right now is asking for exactly the tool you built. Someone is complaining about your competitor. Someone is looking for an agency like yours.

But you missed it. Because you were not there at that moment.

AgentK watches reddit for you. You set your keywords and subreddits. It finds the posts and sends you alert on telegram and discord.

For marketers, for founders, for agencies, for normies who just want to know when someone mentions their thing.

It's completely free.

I don't know where this is going honestly.

Maybe 10 users next week. Maybe still 2 users. both scenarios are possible.

But I know one thing. I will learn a lot from this. Building was the easy part I think. Now the real game starts.

I have a long way to go.

If you do checkout AgentK, please give me a feedback. I am very early and every word helps.

Interesting idea especially since people are already using Reddit for lead generation But I think your challenge isn’t the product, it’s how the value is communicated. Right now it sounds useful, but not urgent. If users don’t immediately feel ‘I’m missing leads without this’, they won’t sign up even if it’s free.

Curious how are you showing that urgency on your landing page?

Tracking keywords on reddit was step 1

Tracking intent is next. I will soon implement AI to track intent and let users type a long query of their choice and find posts. I think that would be better. While, the keyword tracking would still exist.

That makes sense intent tracking would definitely make the results more relevant. But I think even with that, the bigger challenge might still be getting users to feel the value immediately. Right now, with 2 users, it might not be a feature gap yet but more of a positioning/first impression thing.

If someone lands on AgentK, they need to instantly feel this will bring me leads I’m currently missing. Curious how you’re presenting that right now?
