Yesterday I shipped a small self-reflection PDF about self-sabotage.

Stats after 24h:

What I learned:
People scroll past generic “I shipped X” updates.
Without context, there’s nothing to react to.

I didn’t explain:
– who this is really for
– why I built it
– what problem it solves for one specific person

Next step:
I’m rewriting the intro to be painfully specific
and testing a simple landing page instead of just a PDF link.
