Shipped a lot this week. Writing this before I forget.
What went out:
Multi-AI support. Before, only Gemini was wired in. Now the whole team can pick Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude in workspace settings — one toggle, applies everywhere: task analytics, project summaries, the AI assistant. Different teams have different trust relationships with different providers. Some are locked into OpenAI for compliance. Some prefer Claude for analysis work. Forcing one provider was my decision, not theirs. Wrong call. Fixed it.
AI analytics at two levels. First: across all projects — "what's slipping, where is time going, what's not getting done." Second: per project — drill into one client, see task completion rates, team activity, time distribution. The useful question isn't "show me data." It's "tell me what I should be worried about."
Subtasks. Finally. Main task, open the drawer, add subtasks. Sounds small. It changes how you break work down completely.
Work timer redesign. The day view now shows graphically when each team member worked — not just total hours, but the actual shape of their day. Blocks of time, gaps, task-by-task breakdown. Found it makes scheduling conversations easier. You see immediately who was buried versus who had breathing room.
Marketing side: 40 articles published. 388 sessions from Google. 4,200 impressions. Average position 34 — not ranking for anything useful yet. The articles give us a foundation. The next 30 days are about pushing positions 5-20 into top 10.
I also built autonomous marketing agents this week. SMM posts go to Buffer automatically at 8:30am. SEO runs weekly. Growth agent scans directories and opportunities daily. None of this requires me to do anything — I check Slack and see what went out.
Zero revenue. Pre-launch. Launch is July 30.
Coming this week: global search (Cmd+K), inbox notifications, file attachments to tasks, @mentions in comments.
Real question: does anyone actually use recurring tasks? Building that next. Want to know if it gets used or quietly ignored.
