[day 33] first sale unlocked new idea

today was slow. i was travelling yesterday, and had been really tired.

still need to build proper licensing framework after a user asked for more device flexibility. the logic itself isn’t even the hard part. it’s all the messy implementation details around email triggers, edge cases, syncing, etc.

been putting it off for weeks.
finally have to face it. i hope i can wrap this up by this week.

also…
i’m working on another idea already.

too soon? probably.

but selling software online for the first time unlocked a bunch of insights i can’t stop thinking about. my digital products so far have been limited in some ways.

termsy: appeals to a very niche audience who cares about ToS
reverscan: only for mac users

i need something that a lot more people can use.

this is something i’ve been circling for 6–7 months (bought a domain as well), for something in the indian wedding space, and it just got paused for a long time while i worked on other digital products. but the first sale sparked some new ideas, and now the angle has completely flipped.

hoping i can share more next week.
