[day 34] new users from spain & great britain

personally i've never travelled outside my own country. so it still surreal seeing reverscan find a user or two, from places i've never been to.

most of today though went into a new project:

setting up the basic scaffolding
getting core functionality working
trying to resist overbuilding too early
comtemplated doing a google sheet for mvp, but it's stops being "fun", so probably skipping that idea.

goal is to get a soft launch out sometime next week.

slowly learning that momentum comes less from “big breakthroughs” and more from showing up consistently, even on boring setup days.
