Day 54: rethinking productivity pressure

Hey everyone,

Lately I’ve been thinking about how much productivity advice is built around intensity and pressure.

But a lot of people already feel overwhelmed.

Now trying to shape Unjam around gentler momentum instead of aggressive motivation.

The friction you're pointing at is real. Most productivity advice assumes the bottleneck is your motivation or discipline. But a lot of the time, it's just the gap between having a thought and writing it down, and every second in that gap is a chance for the thought to fade or get twisted. I built DictaFlow around that exact problem. The idea is to make capturing so fast that you stop losing thoughts to the delay. If the bottleneck in your workflow is the friction between thinking and recording, that's exactly what hold-to-talk voice typing solves.

Thanks for sharing your journey. What was the hardest part of this 54 days? I'm curious about how you handled motivation slumps

Love the direction. Sustainable progress usually comes from lowering friction, not increasing guilt.
