Day 8 — Dashboard upgrades + still hunting for a payment provider

Quick update on what shipped today:
Dashboard improvements:

Recent activity now shows PR titles alongside repo name and PR number — so you can actually see which PRs got descriptions, not just a number
Dashboard link is now embedded in every generated PR description footer — so anyone on the team can click through to see usage without hunting for the URL
Free tier cap now posts a comment directly on the PR when the limit is hit, with a link to upgrade — instead of silently doing nothing

The payment provider saga:
Tried Stripe (invite-only in India), Lemon Squeezy (international payments blocked for individuals), Gumroad (payout setup issues). Working on Paddle now. This is genuinely the hardest part of building a SaaS from India — the product took days, the payment setup is taking longer.
