8 days ago, I launched LeadSynth AI to help founders find real leads from Reddit (soon X) — people already talking about the problems they’re solving.
It wasn’t a big splash.
No waitlist hype.
No VC launchpad.
Just me, a prototype, and a belief that the right product could cut through the noise.
The first few days were rough:
• Posted on X → a few likes, no clicks
• Launched on Indie Hackers → slow trickle
• DM’d founders → mostly silence
But I kept going.
Every founder who signed up — I messaged.
Every bug — I fixed same-day.
Every question — I answered like it mattered (because it did).

Still early. Still small. But real.
If you’re building and it feels like no one’s listening — they might not be… yet.
But that doesn’t mean it isn’t working.
Keep going. Iterate. Talk to users. Talk to yourself if you have to.
Sometimes traction comes quiet.
Let’s build.
