Day 9 building in public with LifePilot — an AI daily planner for iOS.

TikTok: consistent but no breakout yet

7 videos posted, all landing between 250–270 views. The algorithm seems to like us but hasn't pushed anything viral yet. Learned that short videos (7–8 seconds) consistently outperform longer ones. Still posting daily.

Build 1.2.2 stuck in Apple review

Resubmitted after a rejection for missing EULA link (Guideline 3.1.2 — required for subscription apps). Should be approved any day now. This build includes ASO improvements: new subtitle, optimized keywords, updated screenshots.

The gap between "people like it" and "people pay for it" is what I'm focused on closing. Still figuring out if LifePilot is a vitamin or a painkiller for most users — the ones who will pay are the ones who've already tried everything else.
