DealHarbor: Fintech Marketplace

For years, people have come to me looking for:

  • MSB-friendly banking
  • MTL sponsorship
  • EMI / PI access
  • Crypto on/off-ramp infrastructure
  • Payout and remittance partners
  • Compliance support
  • Licensing acquisitions

Most of these opportunities never reached the right counterparty efficiently. They stayed trapped inside emails, introductions, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp groups, conference conversations, and fragmented broker networks.

I finally decided to structure that ecosystem.

We've officially launching DealHarbor.

DealHarbor is a vetted marketplace for regulated financial services opportunities focused on:

  • banking
  • licensing
  • payments
  • remittance
  • crypto infrastructure
  • compliance
  • cross-border finance
  • fintech M&A

We are beginning Phase 1 with a small number of live opportunities already in the system, including:

  • banking requirements
  • licensing requests
  • remittance and payout opportunities
  • and licensing / MSB acquisition opportunities

We are now selectively onboarding solution providers category by category.
The goal is not volume.

The goal is structured access to meaningful deal flow.

No success fees.
No revenue share.
No transaction markup.

Just a more organized way for serious operators and providers to find each other.

What I find most interesting is that you're not creating demand—you're creating structure around demand that already exists.

That changes the challenge. The long-term advantage won't come from listing more opportunities, but from becoming the place people trust when the stakes of a deal are high. In marketplaces like this, trust often compounds faster than network size.
