Hey IH,
Officially kicking off my build-in-public log for Dealorio.
The problem: The gap between "great discovery call" and "proposal actually sent" is killing deal momentum. Every proposal meant 2-3 hours of manually turning notes into something client-ready, by the time it landed in the client's inbox, the excitement from the call had usually faded.
What I built: Paste in your meeting notes (even the messy kind), and Dealorio generates a polished, branded, client-ready proposal in minutes.
Where things stand today: Live on BetaList, submitted to a handful of lifetime-deal marketplaces to get early traction and real usage data, and running a $99 lifetime access offer to the waitlist. Numbers are small right now, this is genuinely day one of tracking it in public, not a highlight reel.
What I'm working on next: converting waitlist signups into actual paying customers, and using that early feedback to sharpen the product before a future subscription launch.
Will keep posting real updates here as things move : good, bad, or slow. If proposal writing is a pain point in your own agency or freelance work, I'd love to hear how you handle it today.
