Dear Designers, I've been your client for 5 years. We need to talk.

I've been involved in enough projects with designers to know some of the major pain points of dealing with us, clients: Amount of revisions going way out of scope that don't get monetized, us taking too long to answer, not really sure of what we want, etc.

But to be fair, there are also a few things that makes it challenging for clients to work with designers: Info is everywhere (some things are in the google drive, others are on the email history and others on Slack/WhatsApp), we want to be heard a bit more in terms of design not only product specs, a clear vision on how we are spending money, an easy way to pay, etc.

So I'm working on building a tool that serves as a middle-ground for both sides. Something that makes us both feel in control. I'm pretty sure that if we find a fix for this designers will shorten project lengths and we'd gladly pay more, as clients, for a designer that gives us this type of certainty and trust.

I'm releasing a beta in a few days and want to know designers willing to help me out realizing how far are we from accomplishing this. I'd love to talk to you. Anyone??
