Dear Jira users, can you give us feedback.

Always happy to be among fellow Indie Hackers.

We're building a project management tool to help software development easy. We have inbuilt issue tracker, git repositories, continuous integration and documentation that makes our tool a preferred choice among developers.

However, we do realise that we cannot build a successful tool just by focussing on being developer friendly.

I am seeking honest feedback from Jira/Trello users for our tool Codegiant.io

    The main thing I like about jira is dashboards, powerful search.

    Haven’t tried Code Giant, but I use Jira on a daily basis and there are a couple of things that I really like:

    • Backlog list view. Cards are great, but when you’re backlog grows it’s hard to get an overview.
    • Integration with Bitbucket. Jira automatically connects the branch to the issue. Manual integration would be fine too, but seeing the status of a branch is nice.
    • Search. I usually remember issues by a few keywords and JIRA makes it easy to find them.
