Delaware Corp Delays?
Has anyone else been stuck in a processing backlog for their Delaware corporation? I submitted mine on 1/3/22 and it’s still backlogged.

I think its happening all over last time I checked. I guess the people who process them are working from home, and this just slows everything down. Govts are usually slow, the pandemic has REALLY slowed them down ever more, though, which is disappointing. I'm not sure what can be done besides just waiting, but hopefully they get it sorted out quick. I know they aren't the only agency having problems.
