Democratize Home Buying

The problem:
Home buying is still an art especially in the USA,
- finding the location that best suit your needs ( schools, zoning, nightlife etc.)
- Competitive Markets ( you get comps from the real estate agents but still you have to use the gut to write an offer, but still you feel you overpay for it )
- No transparency for the current market, the sales data is updated only after the sale is completed which might take minimum 30 days
Idea:
- Build a service where user can enter the offer they put for the either home ( if they are willing) or zip code or area
- Guide user what offer will get accepted, either they are overpaying or under paying in a particular market
- Help agents how much to put as an offer
Money:
Option 1: freemium with extra features of knowing specific property details of how much it would cost
Option 2: Be your own agent, or virtual agent helping you every step of the way with best data decisions and negotiations like cost of inspection issues as it comes up
Outcome:
"Happy home buying with peace of mind that you didn't over pay for you home"
