Sorry, couldn't think of a simpler word. This year I managed to complete my PhD and made the transition from academia to the industry again. Honestly, I missed the urgency and the rate of innovation in the industry. So happy to find motivation. Explored a couple of areas and starting to build some interesting stuff for 2023.

Failure.
I've failed alot in my life. Failed in almost everything I tried from 2014 until 2021. The mantra that kept me going was "Keep calm keep hustling".
I wish 2023 would be different for you & you achieve everything you desire & deserve.

I have the same outlook: yes 2022 was a 'failure' as in I failed to finish a couple big goals and even had a interview on IH about my failure, but it doesn't end the goal. It was a humbling experience but I continue to move in the right direction and am hoping I will look back on this year as a mindset shift that propelled me to success
