Design revisited : what do you think ?

Nice job! I like both the new bold design and the purpose of the project.

The filters below the search bar were at first a bit confusing, but you've clarified with the tooltips (what I am versus what I'm looking for).

Also, when searching, the "load more" button remains there even if it doesn't load more (in my case, there was just 1 result to the search, but that button was still displayed).

Another thing - while the top hero part is huge, bold, with lots of breathing space, I feel that the bottom section with the newsletter form is cluttered and seems a bit unfinished. I feel it needs more breathing space and a more clear (maybe colored) button.

I've also noticed that, on the mobile version, you use a burger menu on the right but, when expanded, it only shows the "Post job" button. In this case, the burger icon is redundant and you have room for a smaller version of the button directly on the right side of the logo.
