Hello everyone, I just launched a design service called Dezine.
Please support me at👇
https://www.producthunt.com/products/dezine/reviews/new
Started this to help founders in need of graphics designer to solve their graphics and logo needs.
What do you think I should improve on in the service or do you have any general advice for me?
I think it would be better to offer your services on freelancing platforms and build some reputation, make a bit of money, create a website, then promote your services even more. I doubt anyone would fill a forms for a service that doesn't even have a website.
Thanks for your feedback! I wanted to just keep things simple, hence the form.
Congratulations on the launch of Dezine on Product Hunt! To improve your service, consider gathering user feedback and engaging with the Product Hunt community to understand their needs and expectations better. Continuously iterate and enhance your product based on this feedback. Focus on user experience, ensuring it's intuitive and efficient.
Hi.
Took a quick look at your Product Hunt/Website.
I'm not a product/frontend design resource, but I can tell you that you have 1000s of people claiming to do similar things. $50/mth is a huge get for someone with an apparent minimal track record.
You have no actual website with real world examples showcasing your work. Do you not have examples? If you had a site, would you have examples to post? Would being able to showcase your work help attract customers?
Have you posted to fiverr/upload/etc or any of the other job/design marketplaces?
As far as placing your examples (if/when you get them), you might talk to others to see if you can "place" your work on their site as a means of being able to split the revenue for a period of time.
As far as having a computer, you can "rent" time via going online/the cloud for small periods of time. Although, this would obviously get to be too expensive over time.
Have you thought of looking with your "community" to see if local businesses have online sites that can be upgraded? Would your "services" possibly generate more actual cash in their pockets! Would they possibly want to give you shot? For a reduced cost?
You're going to need to be clever/hustle.
A gofundme perhaps....
you need to find 25 companies that will be willing to pay $20 for your services, after that, the service is X.
Talk to other people who've "Started" with 0 (if they will tal with you...)
good luck
ps. I know that all of the above is worthless, and I know that it's tough to make a $$.
but there are people pulling for you to succeed!
So much gem in all of this. I'll be exploring some of the options you highlighted.
Thank you!♥️
