Designer + developer looking for a marketer with an audience and an idea.

Hi Zach,
I am working on a vertical SaaS that makes planning private and corporate events easier. I’ve been running a business offering the services that we digitize for 12 years, have validated the idea via design prototype in 3 markets and have a partially-built MVP created by a senior programmer in React Native + Ruby on Rails + MongoDB that I bootstrapped as long as my finances allowed. Realistically we are at around 60% features planned for MVP.

We have 3100 mailing list of people interested in tools that we are automating, 34 interested business users for the first beta and received initial interest from 2 VCs, including a VC arm of a huge European bank.

I am offering equity to a technical co-founder to take on the role of CTO, bring the MVP to life and start growing this business together.

Not a marketer but would you be open on building a simple mobile app and release it in a month ? I was thinking of a simple scrum app , a lightweight version of trello. My skills in design and UI are limited , hence searching for a partner with the skills .
