Designer/developer needed for my habit tracker idea.

I have a idea for a habit tracker, but no skill in building application I was hoping to partner with someone who would like to change people's lifes as this is what the app will do. I have a feature I want to implement which will make this different from other applications, I also want to make it simple and I would like it as a mobile app, in time maybe implement a Web app version as well. Would anyone want to join me on this journey I really want a partner so we can run the business together.
