DesignJoy reaches $40k MRR! 🎉 🚀

Wow, I never thought I’d be writing such a post! Today DJ hit $40K MRR. I really thought $30k would be my max, but then again I thought $20k would be prior to that. I guess I didn’t know what I was capable of.

Because I still run my design service solo, this sudden growth has forced me to raise my prices by 50%. I thought that would stifle growth, but I got 4 more calls booked almost immediately after, so that didn’t seem to work.

The reason for this growth? Recently had the privilege of doing a Webflow site for the great Dave Gerhardt, former CMO of Drift. He liked it so much he started promoting DJ to his network, and ever since the leads haven’t stopped rolling in.

I guess next is a waitlist?
