Destructible Cloud Environment - Dev dot to Hackathon Idea

I'm thinking of starting a github action where you can preview your code/app in the cloud for 1-5 minutes and it automatically shuts down. For free, No 3rd party platform to signup for.

This could also be good for open source projects to have a "Preview" button to have people checking out your OSS see it vs just a screenshot / gif, etc.

Any thoughts on this? Would it be useful? Or is Heroku/Netlify/Vercel previews already good enough?

Also would it have to be full stack to make it yummy enough (Get a postgres DB spun up for 5 minutes for example).
