Dev Needed for $100k ARR Jewelry Business

My startup has reached the point where we are desperately in need of a lead dev/technical co founder. My partner and I have been building ourselves using no code tools, but have reached the point where our biggest bottleneck by far is our ability to have our tech in order(Now that I'm not shipping boxes from my garage anymore).
For 2021 we have a large inventory order coming in, enough to support around $300k billings in Q1 if we are able to scale our backend quickly. Ads have ran for <30 days and email list is in excess of 10k from those ad runs with limited spend. Unfortunately due to inconsistent inventory and our poor management of the backend, we're literally cancelling a large amount of subscriptions every month due to not being able to deliver. This year we are simplifying our offerings and focusing on scale, and want someone to share in that.
Tools we're working with: Airtable, Stacker, Zapier, Integromat, Clickfunnels, Recurly, Klaviyo
We aren't married to any tools but would like to stay no/low code.
Compensation we can do pay or equity, open to discussion.
