Dev team looking for a non-tech partner

Hi,

I'm Steve, currently managing a team focusing on web & mobile app development. I founded this team for 3 years and now growing up to 15 people. We're good at tech and all founders have tech back-ground. While we lack of business experience. My plan is opening new branches as consultancy services (in US, Sing, or Europe...) that could leverage my current team.

I'm looking for a partner strong at business development that could help us in marketing & sales. I'm open with any idea of partnership, or if you have any advise I will be really appreciated for it.
