Dev - To Create Viral/Referral/Rewards Clone

Hi.
There are lots of Saas apps to do viral Referrer/UserInvite to try to grow an app during the startup phase. The online apps aren't quite what I want, and over time will be too expensive. There are lots of github apps that are halfbaked.

So, I'm turning to the site/devs to see if anyone has skills in the PHP/javascript world to build this, or at least a good 1st pass for me to test/iterate to get what I want.

Once I have what I want, more than willing to pass the app/code to github for others to iterate on/use as they see fit.

If you're a dev, hit me up. I'd actually prefer someone who's dabbled with similar apps, but hey, beggars can't be choosy!

ps. Also did an attempt on fiverr with no luck.

thanks

pps. Would prefer someone in a timezone where we could connect via discord/email/etc.. This shouldn't take that long.
