Developer co-founder needed for a promising startup in emerging country (big opportunity)

My co-founder and I are building a logistics coordination tech startup in Ethiopia, an emerging country of 110+million people with a lot of opportunities. Ethiopia is still fairly poor but it is undoubtedly emerging country as demonstrated by 10+ % GDP growth every year which made it the fastest growing country in the world in the last decade. We are planning to digitize multiple industries and we are starting from coordinating freight logistics for shippers/transporters/drivers as well as doing a fleet management for transporters. In the future we plan to tackle other industries like insurance, fintech, e-government, etc. We also want to have a large impact on the tech ecosystem in Ethiopia which is not mature yet.

I have worked for Microsoft in US for many years(I am technical but I am not primarily a developer). I will be leading the product, and my co-founder who is a business executive with experience in logistics and transportation and he will be running the company day to day in Ethiopia. He also owns and runs a small transport company which gives us the connections and domain expertise we need. Eventually, I plan to join him after corona situations settles down.

So far we have developed a clear vision and product strategy, talked to multiple customers to validate our idea, built mock front end using css/html(some admin dashboards and landing page), mockups for the mobile apps, outsourced GPS devices, wrote some backend code, etc. We need a fullstack developer to get us to the finish line.

Short term we may get away with hiring freelancer or buying a white label product. But we are resisting going that route as we want to have tech expertise in our team to improve our long term chance of success. There is so much opportunity in Ethiopia we can take advantage of using tech, but we believe it is difficult to do that if we are using freelancers. If you are a full stack developer and want to be involved in the next big opportunity in Africa, please join us and lets make impact while having fun building interesting company and products.

Thank you for your time, and happy to provide more info.
