Developer Marketplace Ibench- I need your feedback

Hi Nick,
Hmmm ... that's a tough one I really have no idea what you are offering - are you trying to lure developers away from their current companies?
Sorry but I do not get it.
What is the offer beside creating an account?

As for the page itself:

The one line that stands the most out says "New Customer" instead of telling me what I get.
You call to action "Create Account" has an great contrast but in my opinion, it should be repeated 1 or at least 2 more times throughout the page.
What are "Middle" developers? I know what you refer too but you highlight only junior and senior devs. the rest is obvious in the "Middle" :)
"Clients: Our developers worked on projects for these companies" - Too much information since you are not mentioning any projects. Btw.: Are these your clients or the clients of your developers?
How it works - this sections is missing a plan, a description, something - I have no idea what will await me after I sign up. Will I create a LinkedIn marketing campaign or send E-Mails or get access to your whole database or ...
The graphic at the bottom has a few things that I would change

The text should be Text - displaying text as an image makes it blurry
"Software Company with software developers" - this is too much confusing text - make it simpler Company A, Company B, Company C
I'm looking for developers - this means "You" look for them? When you refer to the visitor of your website this should be something like "Your Company"
And at the very end, you made me feel bad about myself. You are telling me that I have hired only the bad and average developers and made bad decisions. Only you have the "PRO Developers" :(
