Developing 12 products and 1 kid

Hehe, danke dir. Wir haben noch keine Ahnung, aber das wird schon gut werden :)

We just want to do 12 products. If it takes more than a year, so be it. If we'll get feature creep, hopefully someone tells us, so that we can do something about it. Even though it is inspired by the 12 startups in 12 months challenge, we will not 100% stick to the timeframe. Would also be a little bit unrealistic, because we have no experience in handling a baby and we also want to write some tutorials and articles along the way.

Regarding what we are building:
Our first product will be called Heureka and will focus on having all your product ideas in a secure encrypted place, that makes it easy to add new ideas and categorize them to your liking.

We haven't decided yet what to build next, but it might be something that helps you execute better on those ideas. We have a big backlog.

He was due yesterday...so he's probably going to be a shy person...

Haven't used a Gantt chart in my life so far. What did I miss out on?
We're trying to focus on one thing at a time for now...like in football: if you don't focus 100% on your next game, the table will not look like you imagined it beforehand ;)
We're also going to write some tutorials along the way and we have to see how much time our kid needs, so we need a bit of flexibility.
