Devs Help

So two months into this start up company we have a crude website , 1 CTO, and 0 devs. I will profess that we are small, and we are a start up. What we need is devs who are passion driven , and who are ok with being compensated once we actually have something to take to the market. As it stands we have a crude website , waiting on a showcase, and 40+ app ideas with no one to build them. That being said we can't compensate anyone until we actually (a) have something to take to market and (b) Net something from said market. Now this may sound grim but trust me when I say our one app does the work or 50 apps , it is guaranteed to net profit. I genuinely believe we are sitting on the next Facebook but we just don't know anyone who can build it. My hope is that someone cool sees this and hits us up.
