Devs wanted for exciting Influencer marketing project

(Simple UI is done, not much tech work needed) I will be responsible for growing revenue/ users.
I'm not applying, but here's some advice on how to make such proposal better.
Must haves:
Describe what kind of developer are you looking for. Backend? Front-end? Mobile?
Describe the kind of relationship you're looking for. Are you hiring people (and therefore paying them)? Are you offering significant ownership?
Nice haves: sell your idea, sell yourself.
Why should people work on that project (compared to all other projects they can work on)?
Why should they work with you? E.g. if you had a success in the past, describe that success.
Your field is influencer marketing. Market your project to developers. Influence them to work with you.
Strongly agree with @kjk.
Without a compelling pitch, the only developers who will respond are the bottom of the barrel, desperate for any work.
Good developers have lots of really good options for employment, so they're not going to be won over by a one-line cattle call for devs.
