Did anyone try Kibi dot one?

Kibi.one offers for someone like me to take an idea into implementation. I know there are very big players in here but for someone like me who struggle to take an idea into functional specs by designing landing page and each sub section, Kibi.one says they offer implementation with no code for $700.

Is that a good idea to go with?
