Did everyone get stripe 1099k recently?

For folks that use Stripe as their payment processor and US based, I got the 1099k tax form even for tiny side projects that did <20k yearly revenue and <200 transactions. I never got that previous years-- how come I'm getting it now?

I got it for my other project that exceeds those limits but it didn't make sense for smaller project. Not sure what changed, is it cause stripe is preparing for IPO?
