Did I pivot my foodproject?

Hi, I developed a concept of food sharing its kind of airbnb for food you can see whats your neighrhood cook and if you want you buy the dish. However I stuggle a lot and not sur to continue the project. The main problem is that cooker want dish booked early and buyer want to pay at the last time. Did not get a market fit. What do you think about it ? A lot of companies seems to fail in this kind of project ..
