Did you switch over from Zapier? What would you recommend for agentic workflows?

Depends what you're optimizing for. Zapier is still hard to beat for reliability on simple trigger-action flows - it just works, and for a solopreneur that reliability has real value.

For agentic workflows specifically (multi-step, decision-branching, context-passing): Make.com handles more complex logic at lower cost; n8n gives you self-hosted flexibility if you want control; if you're comfortable with code, Claude + a simple Python script can often do what an agentic Zapier flow does with more transparency.

The real insight: most solopreneurs don't actually need agentic workflows yet - they need better visibility into their core business (CRM, pipeline, revenue) before automating on top of it. Automating a broken or invisible process just makes it faster to produce garbage. Build the operational foundation first, automate second.
