Interesting @bennychan never tried to monetize a blog but tried to put up an affiliate site with useful startup resources.

I have been following this guy's system (https://bit.ly/2xcHS0H) and it seems to work pretty well, he has a free training he reveals some pretty interesting things about 45min in. He teaches his students about how to make money from blogs, ads, etc.

I suggest going after individual saas or hosting companies that offer affiliate programs. If you don't have the right content for that, maybe try creating some that are geared towards these? How much traffic do you get?
Not much, less than a hundred Pageview a day. But a few articles are quite popular. I just wonder if any site with some traffics can make a reasonable income from this way.
Recently, people are losing their jobs and staying at home. If some of them can write something or create some content to better spend their times, it may be a good way to make some money
