Differentiate revenue streams

Hi everyone! So we just launched our first product and we have over 800 users signed up and over 40 paying customer.

We are struggling a bit with the lockdown because our product needs from physical connection but eventually we will be alright.

After a lot of thinking we want to set a list of all different possible revenue streams we can have within our product and take note of every action we can do in each of the revenues streams.

Does anybody knows of a better way of doing this rather than using sheets, basecamp o this Swiss-army-tools? Any framework or strategy?
