Directories for Backlinks

I have not done this in a while but does anyone have a link to service or a links for websites that let you list your startup to get some backlink juice. I am not sure how much this still matters but definitely looking for some inspiration here.

Also our website teliportme.com has a DR of 62 and we are open to linking to other websites ideally in the 30+ range.
