Discovering the right users for a SaaS product.
Hi all! My name is Tasos, I am a webapp developer & entrepreneur. I have a quick question that has been challenging me over the last few weeks. Let's assume you have an idea for a SaaS product. How do you go about validating if other people have the problem that you are trying to solve if you do not really know who your target user is? Do you just ask random people? Isn't that quite wrong to do? Thaaanks!
Find out where your suspected users already hang out, ask there (e.g. social media, forums). Reach out to people directly who might be interested.
