Discuss feedback for our landing page? Observability for microservices

Here's a link to our website: SnowOwl.co

We'd love your very candid feedback, especially on:

Clarity, do you understand what we offer?

Idea validation, if you understand what we do, what parts seem most compelling, or what would you want to see?

Aesthetics: is the call to action clear, how does the layout look, etc.

We promise to say thank you and respond to any questions/comments if so desired!

    TL;DR ⭐️

    1. Simply state the purpose of the product
    2. What are the benefits?
    3. Push the visitor toward contacting the team

    POSITIONING 🎯

    Clarity
I do not understand the offering. I'm moderately technical and understand traffic, domains, hosting, and Edge but I am unsure what a Traffic Engine is supposed to do. Is it all about visitor traffic? Is it asset requests? The right target audience may understand it immediately.

    Validation

    • The text copy speaks to what the product offers (features) but not the benefit customers will receive.
    • I would be interested to know who the competitors are.

    MUST HAVES 🎉

    • Screenshots screenshots screenshots! Real application screenshots are more valuable than icons and illustrations.
    • You need 2 Call-to-actions I imagine:
      1. Primary Button: "Get started - BETA"
      2. Secondary Button: "Schedule a demo"
    • Pricing must be shown, even if you haven't nailed down the exact price yet.
    • Testimonials. Get these are soon as possible
    • Team. Who are the humans behind ShowOwl
    • Contact. Have a dedicated Contact page with a full form (not mailto links)

    DESIGN 🎨

    • The design is good enough. It looks fairly cookie-cutter from a template but it works.
    • More "whitespace" and padding is needed to give the content room to breathe

    Does that help?

Thank you! That definitely helps, and the organization is also very well received. We'll update and repost!
