Hi everyone!
I’m working on a SaaS app to automate scheduling but with a different approach than calendly. If you’re someone who schedule a lot of calls or meetings, what’s the most annoying part about calendly or another calendar software you’re using or what do you wish it had?
The disruption opportunity isn't in the calendar itself - it's in the booking experience. Most tools focus on the provider's workflow but ignore client friction. lacita app flips this: ultra-simple for clients (no accounts, SMS verification), while giving providers everything they need (shared availability, manual approval option, appointment invitations for verbal agreements).
I always felt the problem came from people. There is a lot of uncertainty and missing information in scheduling.
Honestly I'm super happy with Calendly. How will you approach be different/better?
I know that I'm not answering your question, but it might be useful to you that there is an open source alternative. (Maybe not following the vision that you have)
